HOW WE WORK

Clear Projects. Less Friction. Better Handoffs.

A written-first workflow for websites, software, AI and ongoing digital work — so scope, decisions, feedback and ownership stay clear from the first message to launch.
Meetings are optional. Written communication is the default.
PROJECT ROUTE

Five clear checkpoints

Different services, same simple client experience.
01
Choose the right path
02
Define the scope
03
Send the materials
04
Build & review
05
Launch & handover
STARTING A PROJECT

Two ways to start — depending on the work

A standard package should feel simple. Custom work should be clarified before money and development move.
FIXED-PRICE WEBSITE

Choose the package. Pay. Send the brief.

For One-Page Website, Business Website and Online Store.
Package → WooCommerce checkout → Website Project Brief → Build → Review → Launch
CUSTOM / QUOTED WORK

Clarify the job before development starts

For software, apps, AI, maintenance, redesigns and complex web work.
Quote request → Written clarification → Scope & quote → Deposit / milestone → Build → Review → Delivery
THE PROCESS

Six checkpoints from first message to handover

No card wall. No maze of meetings. Just clear stages and a clear next step.
01

Start in the right place

Choose a fixed website package when it fits, or use Request a Quote for custom and complex work.
02

Define the scope

Confirm pages, features, integrations, responsibilities, exclusions, price and payment structure.
03

Send project materials

After purchase or deposit, provide the Website Project Brief, content, references, files and the access actually needed.
04

Build in clear stages

Implementation follows the agreed scope. Preview links, screenshots or working builds are shared for review.
05

Review in writing

Send consolidated feedback using exact pages, URLs, screenshots or screen names.
06

Launch and hand over

Complete final checks, remaining payment if applicable, delivery, access and the agreed next responsibility.
WRITTEN-FIRST

Run the project without living in meetings

Requirements, decisions, links, screenshots, feedback and approvals stay written down so everyone can see what was agreed and what happens next.
Calls can still happen when they genuinely help — they are just not the default workflow.

Requirements stay visible

Scope and important decisions do not disappear into memory.

Feedback gets specific

Screenshots and URLs make changes easier to understand.

Approvals are explicit

Key decisions stay traceable before the next stage starts.
THE THREE ENTRY POINTS

Contact, Quote and Website Project Brief have different jobs

GENERAL QUESTION

Contact

Use it for a normal enquiry when you are not yet asking for custom pricing.
BEFORE CUSTOM WORK

Request a Quote

Use it to describe custom work so scope and pricing can be clarified first.
AFTER PURCHASE / DEPOSIT

Website Project Brief

Use it after the project starts to send detailed requirements, files and references.
PAYMENT

Fixed-price websites and custom work do not use the same flow

Standard websites: pay through WooCommerce, then complete the Website Project Brief.
Custom projects: normally 50% before work and 50% before final launch or delivery. Large projects may use milestones.
SCOPE CHANGES

New work is confirmed before it becomes part of the old work

If a materially new page, feature, integration or responsibility appears after scope approval, it is clarified and priced before being added.
No surprise work. No surprise invoice.
LAUNCH & HANDOVER

Finish in a clear state

Final checks, access, ownership, handover and the next responsibility should all be understood before the project closes.

After launch

Included support
Any support included with a package follows the purchased scope.
Ongoing maintenance
Continuing care can be scoped separately when needed.
Future work
New phases stay separate unless they are formally added.
COMMON QUESTIONS

A few things customers usually want to know

Do I have to join a call?

No. Written communication is the default. Meetings are optional when they add value.

How do I start a fixed website project?

Choose the package, complete checkout and payment, then submit the Website Project Brief.

How do I start custom work?

Submit Request a Quote. We clarify scope and price in writing before work starts.

What happens if the scope changes?

Material new work is confirmed and priced before it is added.
NEXT STEP
